Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

  2. Our team will approve the request (if eligible) and send you return instructions.
  3. A return shipping label will be provided if applicable.
  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5 working days after return approval.
