At Zenstoo, we sell helpful, unique items to make your life easier, indoors or outdoors. Some of our popular products include folding utility carts, Tumblers, vacuum cleaners, and other things that can help with everyday duties

How do I buy something?
Browse our online store, add the products you like to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery address and choose your preferred payment options to place your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:

  • COD (Cash on Delivery)

Where do you ship?
We currently deliver only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Delivery is completely free.

How long does shipping take?
We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days more, depending on your location and local holidays.

Can I return a product?
Yes! You can return an item within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the order number or receipt. If the return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.

How will I receive my refund?
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we’ll issue your refund within 5 business days via the original payment method (COD refunds are issued in cash or to your bank account, as agreed).

How do I track my order?
After shipping, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can also check your order status on our Track Your Order page.
